Return Policy
We are a small operation and do not generally offer returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, please contact us so we can review the situation with you. If an item is damaged in shipping, has separated, or is spoiled for reasons other than customer neglect or improper storage, we will honour a replacement.
We offer in-store exchanges up to 30 days from purchase on non-perishable items that are unused and undamaged. Creams, salves, homeopathics, probiotics and most supplements are non-exchangeable.
Refund Policy
Payments made through Crypto.com Pay are final and non-refundable. If an item cannot be shipped because it is out of stock or discontinued, or if an order is cancelled, a store voucher of equivalent value may be issued for a future purchase.
