Special Shipping Notice
Due to current world circumstances there are safety concerns with shipment of products; we have had occasional issues with our shipping companies and unpredictable customs procedures. Although we will take measures to mitigate these risks and pursue avenues to get shipping issues resolved on your behalf, once we ship your products you accept all risks and liabilities to the removal or damage of any products in your package.
We cannot ship to ALL COUNTRIES due to local restrictions. Customs have lately been rejecting packages at the border, therefore, we do not recommend any product shipments to Spain or Sweden. If you insist on shipping to Spain or Sweden you accept all risk, liability, and responsibility for your products in your package.
NOTE for Holiday Shipping: We will not ship any products from the 22nd of December until January 5th. You can place your order but it will not be shipped until the week of January 5th. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.
General Shipping and Stock
In stock items are mailed out generally between 2-5 business days and 5-15 business days during special circumstances.
Backorders: we will send you a note if there is a back order so you can make a substitution or receive a refund for that item. Back ordered items can take 3-4 weeks to arrive back in stock depending on the item. Due to COVID restrictions there are no guarantees on shipping times and customs clearance can also take longer. Thank your for your patience. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM folder for updates and tracking information before contacting us asking, as we have a high volume of emails that can take time to respond to.
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If you want a guarantee on your package please select the tracked package option; if the package goes missing we can file a claim. If you select the untracked option, there is no insurance on the package and we cannot recover costs or find out what happened to your shipment. It is the buyers own risk once the package has been shipped. If you have a truly missing package we will try to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.
If you are from Florida or California (or any warmer regions) we recommend using tracked packet so that the package is sitting less in a hot vehicle. We are not responsible for melted products! We package these items in many layers and if you order tracked packet then at least we have a claim with the post office.
If you have a rush order please make a note on check out and we will try to prioritize your package, but that is not a guarantee. If anything comes damaged please let us know and we will offer you a coupon to cover the issue or we will do our best to replace it.
We are a small business and we do not offer returns or refunds. We try our best for optimal quality control. If you are not satisfied with a purchase please contact us and let us know why and we can come to an amicable conclusion. If something has been damaged via shipping or a product has separated or is rotten (but not due to leaving the product in a hot car or by customer neglect), we will honour a replacement.
We offer in store exchanges up to 30 days of purchase on items that are non-perishable and show no damage. Creams, salves, homeopathics, probiotics & most supplements are non-exchangeable.
