Rock Rose Trail Companion Spray
Rock Rose Trail Companion Spray is an external-use Cistus incanus botanical spray designed for outdoor routines. The liquid formula combines rock rose with distilled water, grain alcohol and sulfinylbismethane and can be misted lightly onto clean, intact skin or compatible clothing and outdoor gear.
Where to Use
Apply to clean skin on areas such as the ankles, legs and wrists. When using on clothing, boots, socks or outdoor gear, first test a small hidden area because sulfinylbismethane may affect certain plastics, coatings, dyes, synthetic fabrics, leather finishes and painted or varnished surfaces.
Pet Use
Current product directions also permit light application to a clean outer coat, focusing on the legs, chest, belly, neck and tail area while avoiding the eyes, nose, mouth and genital area. For animals that do not tolerate sprays well, the formula may instead be applied to a clean cotton bandana or neck scarf.
Ingredients: Rock rose (Cistus incanus), distilled water, sulfinylbismethane, grain alcohol.
Patch test before widespread use. Apply to reasonably clean, dry, intact skin free of lotions, perfumes, sunscreens, pesticides and other topical products. Spray lightly onto the desired areas and allow to dry naturally. When using on clothing, boots, socks or outdoor gear, first test a small hidden area for material compatibility. For pets, apply lightly to a clean outer coat, avoiding the eyes, nose, mouth and genital area. Do not apply to open wounds, irritated skin, freshly shaved areas, broken skin or mucous membranes.
Important DMSO Information:
DMSO is a powerful transdermal carrier that rapidly enhances absorption through the skin. Always apply to relatively clean skin free from:
perfumes, synthetic fragrances, chemical sunscreens, lotions, pesticides, toxic flea products, detergent residues, or other chemical contaminants.
Do not apply to: broken skin, freshly shaved skin, mucous membranes, eyes, mouth, or sensitive internal tissues.
DMSO may affect certain plastics, painted surfaces, varnishes, synthetic fabrics, leather finishes, and delicate materials. Avoid contact with synthetic dyes, rayon, acetate, some plastics, and treated fabrics as staining, discolouration, or material damage may occur. Test on a small hidden area first before applying near delicate clothing or surfaces.
A temporary warming sensation, garlic-like taste, or skin redness may occur in some individuals due to DMSO absorption and circulation effects.
Use cautiously in sensitive individuals and patch test before widespread use.
Discontinue use if significant skin irritation, burning, rash, dizziness, nausea, or unusual sensitivity develops.
For pets: avoid direct application near eyes, nose, mouth, and genitals. Apply lightly to the outer coat only.
